About our client: Our client provides professional community management and accounting services for planned communities, condominiums, and homeowners associations (HOA). They believe community associations are more than just a group of neighboring homeowners or a board of directors. HOAs exist to bring value to properties by maintaining living standards, collecting revenues for necessary expenditures, and community planning for the future.

**Available only for applicants living in The Phillipines** As a Customer Service Representative (Collections) , you will be responsible for:

• Assist customers with account balance due, balance breakdown, due dates, form of payments, how to dispute a fee balance, general questions.
• Update customer information on the account (mailing address, phone, email).
• Draft and send letters to customers.
• Call overdue accounts to get an update on their payments

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | Graveyard Shift

• Standard time: 11:00 pm - 8:00 am all year.

*You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date. Benefits:

Minimum requirements

• Strong English skills (verbal and written)
• High School diploma
• 1 year of customer service experience. Preferrable in call centers.

• Experience with data entry

• Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
