Assistant to PM

Our office is based in “Mall of Asia” (Pasay) [we will move to Ortigas City (Pasig) in the New Year] and provide support to our 17 offices around the world. We work on major building structures. Anything from schools, hospitals, data centres, high rise residential and commercial towers, you name it, we do it.

Job Responsibilities

• Project opportunity set up,
• Project reporting,
• Fee proposal generation,
• Data collection,
• Set up tasks and projects independently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel,
• Working knowledge of data entry systems.

• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written),
• Self-motivated,
