Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, including retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning.
• Analyze clients’ financial data using spreadsheets and financial software to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Advise clients on investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative assets, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
• Conduct financial model development to project future earnings, savings growth, and risk scenarios.
• Assist clients with mergers & acquisitions by providing valuation insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and stay updated on industry-specific financial regulations.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients through presentations and written reports, fostering trust and understanding.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project management initiatives related to client portfolios or new financial products.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation in accordance with financial regulatory standards.

Skills

• Strong analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately and identify actionable insights.
• Expertise in financial model development and scenario analysis for strategic planning.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax accounting practices, and auditing processes.
• Familiarity with financial software platforms used for portfolio management and compliance tracking.
• Deep understanding of industry knowledge of financial regulations such as GAAP and other relevant standards.
• Excellent client communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build lasting relationships.

• This position is 100% commission/ 1099 based
• Must have a valid US address and be a US citizen
