AI Filmmaker & Video Editor (Seedance 2.5 Specialist)

About Pentaseq

Pentaseq is an AI-powered creative production venture focused on cinematic AI videos, episodic content, short films, micro-dramas, and commercial video production.

We are looking for a skilled AI filmmaker who can independently produce high-quality videos using Seedance 2.5 and handle the complete video production process, from generation to final editing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create cinematic, realistic AI videos using Seedance 2.5.
• Handle the complete production workflow, from understanding the brief and generating scenes to editing and final delivery.
• Maintain character consistency, scene continuity, visual quality, and cinematic storytelling.
• Edit footage, arrange shots, synchronize dialogue, and handle sound, music, transitions, and pacing.
• Identify and correct visual defects, continuity issues, and other quality problems before submission.
• Deliver polished, production-ready videos that meet project specifications.
• Follow deadlines, feedback, and revision requirements.
• Organize and deliver project files and other required production assets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Real, hands-on experience with Seedance 2.5.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated cinematic videos.
• Strong video-editing skills and the ability to complete the entire workflow independently.
• Ability to produce approximately 3–5 minutes of finished video per day when the project complexity and approved workflow allow.
• Understanding of cinematic composition, camera movements, lighting, character consistency, and storytelling.
• Ability to work with feedback, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.
• Willingness to work full-time with Pentaseq.

Important: We need finished, edited videos—not just raw AI-generated clips. Applicants who only generate clips but cannot handle editing and final delivery will not be suitable.

Salary and Employment

• Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000, based on demonstrated skills and experience.
• Full-time position with the opportunity to work on AI filmmaking and episodic production projects.
• Salary and final employment terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
