Personal Assistant to Director

I am looking for a highly experienced, intelligent, ambitious and exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to work closely with me across business and personal affairs.

I operate at a fast pace and need someone who can keep up, think ahead and get things done efficiently without needing to be constantly reminded.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly experienced in personal assistance or executive assistance.
• Smart, switched-on, proactive and hungry to succeed.
• Extremely organised, reliable and able to multitask under pressure.
• Fast at responding, making arrangements and completing tasks.
• Confident communicating with business owners, suppliers, staff and clients.
• Capable of managing calendars, emails, appointments, travel and day-to-day operations.
• Able to research opportunities, coordinate projects and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Someone who takes initiative, solves problems and gets things done.

What I am looking for

I don’t want someone who simply waits to be told what to do. I want someone who takes ownership, uses their initiative and stays one step ahead.

You must be comfortable working with someone who moves quickly, has high expectations and values efficiency, loyalty and results.
