Overview

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, including:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• LLM-powered recommendations and personalization
• Conversational AI agents

• Agentic workflow automation

• Develop and enhance the shared AI platform:

• Retrieval and vector search infrastructure
• Evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks

• Model monitoring, guardrails, and observability

• Build LLM-based applications and integrations across:

• Marketing automation platforms
• Business intelligence tools

• Customer-facing applications

• Continuously improve model performance by:

• Running structured evaluation frameworks

• Optimizing prompts, retrieval strategies, and model selection

• Leverage AI-driven development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GenAI capabilities with personalization and business needs
• Document system design decisions, evaluation results, and best practices

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production-level AI/LLM applications

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

• RAG systems and retrieval architectures
• LLM evaluation frameworks
• Agent-based frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent)

• LLM-powered workflow automation

• Solid understanding of:

• Prompt engineering techniques
• Context window management

• Trade-offs in LLM output quality

• Experience with:

• Vector databases
• Embedding models
• Semantic search technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-scale consumer or digital product environments
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management
• Experience working in globally distributed teams
