We are seeking a dynamic and driven Security Operations Manager to lead the delivery of security services at the National Portrait Gallery.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership
• Manage client relationships and KPIs
• Lead recruitment, development and succession planning
• Manage incidents, investigations and risk
• Ensure compliance and service excellence
• Support events and VIP operations

About You

• Proven security operations management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading and developing teams
• SIA Door Supervisor License or willing to work towards one
• Strong communication and IT skills
• CCTV and IOSH qualifications desirable
