Job Description
[24]7.ai is hiring Customer Service Associates for the International Inbound Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide prompt and effective resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Job Details
- International Inbound Voice Process
- Work from Office Hyderabad
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts
- 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs
- Students pursuing regular education are not eligible
- Educational certificates are mandatory
- Candidates must be flexible to work from the office
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) or above
- Experience: 02 years of experience
- Age: 18–35 years
- Candidates should reside within 23 km of the office location
Salary
19,000 – 27,000 Take-Home per Month (after deductions)
DOJ : 26th June 2026
