Role Description The AI Robotics Engineer role at SKXYWTF is a full-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven robotic systems within the World Trade Factory™ ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining algorithmic agents and autonomous workflows that interact with blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, and market data streams. The role involves implementing machine learning models, simulation environments, and control logic to optimize trading strategies, risk management processes, and operational efficiency. The AI Robotics Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams in data science, blockchain engineering, and product to translate financial and market requirements into robust technical solutions. The position also includes maintaining documentation, monitoring system performance, and continuously iterating on architectures to ensure reliability, scalability, and security in a high-velocity fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in AI and machine learning, including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with robotics-style automation, agent-based systems, and control frameworks for autonomous decision-making and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols, with the ability to integrate AI agents with on-chain and off-chain infrastructure.
• Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to work with quantitative methods, time-series data, and simulation frameworks to support algorithmic trading and risk analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills, with attention to reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and comfort working in distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
