Compensation & Flexibility

• 80/20 Commission Split: Earn 80% of the established tax preparation fee for every return you complete.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: Your income is directly tied to your volume, with no limits on what you can make.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation: Prepare accurate individual income tax returns (Form 1040).
• Client Intake: Conduct thorough client interviews and collect required financial documents.
• Tax Optimization: Identify eligible deductions and tax credits to maximize client refunds.
• Filing Management: Use company software to securely prepare and electronically file returns.
• Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to IRS guidelines and established company procedures.
• Professional Growth: Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development.
• Business Development: Build and maintain a personal client base through networking and referrals.

Qualifications Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software.
• Reliable laptop or smartphone with secure, high-speed internet access.
• Ability to learn quickly and strictly follow established systems.
• Professional, dependable, and highly ethical work standards.
• Willingness to complete all training and IRS due diligence requirements.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Previous tax preparation or financial services experience.
• Active PTIN registration (or willingness to obtain one during training).
• Background in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with professional tax preparation software.
• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
