From managing daily operations to driving sales and keeping our team on top form, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure every visit to Top Cuvée is unforgettable.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Team Manage, train, and inspire a tight-knit team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
2. Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day operations, including rota management, hiring, and cleanliness.
3. Kitchen Oversight Collaborate with the resident chef team to streamline processes and ensure smooth service night after night.
4. Customer Experience Ensure every guest enjoys a 5-star dining experience, handling feedback and complaints with professionalism.
5. Commercial Management Drive revenue growth while managing wage, food, and beverage costs within budget.
6. Compliance Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene (EHO rating 4*+).

• Able to handle large deliveries and move stock with ease.
• Diligent in security matters and on top of health & safety regulations.
• Experience with EPoS systems and online retail platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Licence.
• Fire Safety training completed.

• Experience in managing a wine venue or similar retail environment.
