Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end offshore support for SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite int

erfaces in a production support environment.
Monitor daily interface operations, identify failures proactively, and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Investigate and resolve integration issues related to message failures, mapping errors, connectivity issues, payload inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
Perform incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and defect tracking for integration-related issues.
Coordinate closely with onshore teams, client stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams for issue triage, prioritization, status updates, and resolution.
Support inbound and outbound integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications using APIs, web services, IDocs, files, and middleware adapters.
Work on enhancements, configuration changes, and minor development tasks in SAP CPI / Integration Suite based on business and support needs.
Participate in release management, deployment support, hypercare, and post-production stabilization activities.
Prepare and maintain clear support documentation including runbooks, KT documents, interface inventories, error handling guides, and SOPs.
Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for interface changes.
Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, alerting, reusability, support efficiency, and issue prevention.
