Job Description
We’re hiring a creative all-rounder to run our social media, plan shoots, retouch photos, and design content. Photo retouching is the most important part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage our social accounts: content calendar, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Stay on top of trends and turn them into content ideas
- Create storyboards and mood boards, and prepare for shoots
- Retouch and edit photos to a polished, consistent, on-brand standard
- Design social posts, stories, and graphics between shoots
- Generate high-quality images with AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT
Requirements (all required)
- Proven social media management experience and strong knowledge of current trends
- Expert photo editing and retouching skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent)
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
- Experience with storyboards, mood boards, and shoot prep
- Hands-on experience creating good AI images with Gemini and ChatGPT
- A strong portfolio, including retouching before-and-afters
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
