Who We Are

We are a premium real estate media and marketing group in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work on the websites for In D Sky Homes (real estate media) and In D Sky Media (marketing and branding). We build smart systems. We also teach business owners how to be found by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI answers.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a website builder who also understands search. You build modern websites using AI prompts. You check if a website can be found by Google and by AI tools. You fix what is blocking it, write the articles that help it get found, and show the results in a simple report every month.

Quick words: SEO means getting found on Google. AEO means making your website the answer AI gives. GEO means making your brand show up in AI-written answers.

Must Haves (No Exceptions)

• Proven experience building modern websites using AI prompts (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, or similar)
• Real SEO, AEO, and GEO experience: you can audit a site and fix what blocks it
• Able to write articles with ChatGPT or Claude that are clear, helpful, and sound human
• Able to write simple reports that show before and after results and monthly performance
• Available during PST (California) business hours
• Use of the scrin.io tracker during all working hours

What You Will Do

• Build and update modern, fast websites using AI prompts
• Audit websites for Google and AI search: page structure, speed, clear answers, FAQs, schema, and business listings
• Fix what you find, or give our team a simple fix list
• Write and publish articles and FAQs that help our websites get found and cited by AI
• Test how our brands show up in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI answers
• Send a before and after report for every audit
• Send a monthly performance report: what changed, what improved, and what to do next
• Record Loom videos of your work so the team can repeat it

Nice to Have

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics experience
• Schema markup and llms.txt experience
• Google Business Profile experience
• WordPress, Webflow, or GHL websites
• Real estate or marketing agency experience

What Happens Next

Top applicants provide an audit of one of our websites, send us a report and strategy to implement and write 1 article. This will be discussed during the interview. Strong work earns the job. We promote from within and reward people who think like owners.
