Technical Manager

Job Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Program & Technical Leadership: Define the overall architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment throughout the lifecycle. Lead/manage complex stakeholders with diverse views.

Delivery Management: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Facilitate change management and drive continuous improvement in development processes (Agile/Scrum).

Technical Oversight: Ensure successful integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely. Oversee design and development of custom applications, including Apex, LWC, and integrations.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects to ensure a smooth, successful implementation.

Required Experience & Skills Experience: 10+ years of strong, end-to-end program/technical management experience. Proven track record of managing complex development programs.

Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant integration patterns. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle tools and techniques.

Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Experience in data modeling, data migration, and complex integration (e.g., APIs, Mulesoft).

Project Management: Good knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Ability to perform high-level time and effort estimations.

Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions, articulate ideas to senior management, and lead cross-functional/matrixed teams across geographies.
