Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Support Operations Specialist to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and categorize multimodal data streams to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning algorithms.
• Critically evaluate generative AI responses for logic, tone, safety, and factual correctness.
• Identify edge cases, labeling ambiguities, and data inconsistencies to help improve labeling taxonomies.
• Balance speed and meticulous attention to detail to achieve strict weekly productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong analytical and reading comprehension abilities.
• Demonstrated history in quality assurance, content moderation, research, or data validation.
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Must possess a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a private workspace.
• Strictly limited to applicants physically located in the United States or Canada.
