Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Allstate Experience is a MUST!

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficient ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Must be well versed in eAgent and Allstate systems

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Ability to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests accurately with a keen attention to detail and efficiency.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
• Document each customer interaction thoroughly in eAgent.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Provide exceptional customer service. while identifying solutions that best fit the customer’s needs.
