Reputation Manager

Clearance Partners is a reputation management agency for founders, executives, companies and products. Before every deal, bank check or product launch, someone looks you up. We make sure what they find in search, AI answers, media and reviews is accurate, consistent and works in your favour.

We’re looking for a Reputation Manager

who pays close attention to detail, understands how search, Q&A, review platforms work, and takes initiative. You’ll monitor, analyse and improve how our clients and their products appear online, and turn what you find into strategies that deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor brand mentions across search engines, social media, news, blogs, forums and review platforms, and spot risks and opportunities early
• Run regular SERP audits and competitor analysis, and report on visibility and sentiment
• Build and manage client presence on Q&A platforms (Reddit, Quora etc.): take part in discussions, answer questions, and create and moderate subreddits and spaces
• Set up and manage business profiles on platforms that help clients rank higher in search results
• Manage client presence on review platforms (Trustpilot, SmartCustomer, HelloPeter, other general and niche oriented platforms): build review strategies, track and analyse feedback, respond to reviews and improve ratings
• Design and run reputation strategies that combine SEO, content and community work
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver results

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in SERM / reputation management / community management / SEO / digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Reddit and Quora: you understand how these communities work, what gets upvoted and what gets you banned
• Understanding of how search algorithms and ranking factors work
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Experience improving brand visibility in search
• Experience with review platforms (Trustpilot, SmartCustomer, HelloPeter or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think in systems
• Ability to analyse content and turn findings into clear recommendations
• Strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills
• A fast learner who enjoys exploring new tools and approaches
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

Nice to have:

• Understanding SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Experience with brand mention monitoring tools (Brand24, YouScan, SerpApi, etc.)
