Job Description
Cloud Analyst
Purpose
The Cloud Analyst supports Centrilogic’s hybrid cloud environments across Azure, VMware, AWS, and OCI, ensuring stable and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain hybrid cloud environments including Azure, VMware vSphere/ESXi, AWS, and OCI.
- Install, configure, and update servers, applications, and storage.
- Perform system backups, restorations, patching, and optimization.
- Monitor environments using LogicMonitor, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, customers, and vendors.
- Maintain documentation using KCS methodology.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Support DevOps workflows and IaC.
- Participate in change management and configuration updates.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience with Azure and VMware; exposure to AWS/OCI.
- Understanding of virtualization, storage, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with LogicMonitor and Dynatrace.
- Scripting capability (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with RMM tools such as NinjaOne RMM.
Experience & Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–3 years cloud operations experience.
- Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), VMware VCP, AWS SysOps, CompTIA Cloud+.
