Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr Data Analyst to drive data informed decision making across our B2C products. This role is ideal for a highly analytical thinker to drive insights in customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and growth analytics-ideally within financial services.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to uncover insights that shape product strategy, improve user experiences, and drive engagement and revenue growth. We expect you to be highly hands on with data, SQL, and analytics tools to dive deep into complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations teams to provide holistic insights that drive business outcomes.
• Own the analytics stack: monitor data ingestion, build and maintain dbt models, and keep the warehouse layer in Snowflake/Redshift reliable and well documented.
• Drive product and growth analytics, including funnels, retention, cohort analysis and experimentation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and team-specific reporting marts in Metabase (e.g. Exec, Product, Marketing, Sales/Advisers, CX, Compliance).
• Run intake for data requests across these teams: scope and prioritise them, deliver answers, and turn recurring requests into reusable models.
• Uphold data quality, documentation and access controls, including the handling of sensitive customer data.
• Identify opportunities to automate analysis and reporting, including with AI/agentic tooling.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in product analytics, including analytics engineering / data engineering.
• Strong background in B2C digital products.
• Agile and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, own problems and work with regional teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence product and business strategy using data.
• Proficiency with BI and visualisation tools (Metabase or similar, e.g. Superset, Redash, Tableau).
• Strong SQL and database experience (e.g. Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift), and hands-on experience with dbt and Git-based version control.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading/wealthtech.
• Experience with Python, AI tools (e.g. Claude, Codex) and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions).
