Job Overview
As an entry-level Financial Services Representative, you’ll help clients explore insurance and financial service options, answer questions, and navigate their next steps. You’ll build relationships through responsive customer service, clear client communication, and thoughtful follow-up. This role combines sales, service, and administration, with opportunities to apply your analysis skills and develop your knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing clients through retail and outside sales, identify their needs, and explain relevant options.
- Build customer relationships, respond to service requests, and use negotiation skills to address questions and support informed decisions.
- Maintain client records in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, prepare sales administration documents, and use Microsoft Office tools.
- Review client information and follow applicable insurance regulations and procedures.
