About us

The Longevity Centers of America (LCOA) runs longevity and regenerative medicine clinics. We currently have clinics in West Palm Beach & Orlando, FL; Greenville, SC; and Naples, FL opening next.

We also host the Longevity Unlocked podcast, which feeds a lot of our content. We’re a small team growing fast, and we’d rather give good people real autonomy than micromanage them.

About the role

We have a big SEO roadmap and we want one person to own it. You’ll run three WordPress sites (thelcoa.com, thelcfl.com and eboofl.com) and take over most of the SEO and website work our outside agencies handle today. You may also help on 2 or 3 other websites for businesses we work with. You’ll also be our go-to person for everyday tech support across the corporate team and all of our clinics. It’s a small slice of the week (about 10%) and it’s all handled remotely.

The biggest project is a 400+ page site structure covering symptoms, body systems, conditions and therapies. That means building solid templates, duplicating pages and publishing hundreds of them cleanly. You’ll report directly to our CEO and have a real say in what gets done and in what order.

What you’ll doBuild and publish

• Load hundreds of finished symptom and condition pages into WordPress, using templates so they go live cleanly
• Duplicate our service pages into location versions for each clinic, each with its own menu and local details
• Make all kinds of site edits: layouts, copy, forms, navigation, photos and our team page
• Keep provider bio and author pages current so our credentials show up in search
• Turn approved designs into live pages, like our homepage redesign
• Build landing pages for ad campaigns and new clinic launches
• Format, optimize and publish the blog posts our team writes, including articles from our podcast and posts that come in automatically from our content tools
• Build and maintain interactive tools like health calculators that other sites want to embed and link to

SEO

• Own on-page and technical SEO: titles and meta, headings, internal linking, schema, image alt text, site speed and indexing
• Clean up old duplicate pages with 301 redirects and fixed internal links
• Write and keep up a website optimization roadmap: audit the sites, rank the fixes by impact, then ship them

Local

• Set up and run Google Business Profiles for each clinic, including regular posts
• Build, clean up and manage citations and directory listings so our clinic info matches everywhere
• Get new clinic locations live online: location pages, Business Profiles and citations for each new market

Site health and reporting

• Run hosting, backups, plugin and theme updates and security, and test on staging before anything goes live
• Set up tracking for appointment requests in a way that respects patient privacy
• Keep a page tracker so anyone can see where every URL stands
• Track results in Google Analytics and Search Console and send our CEO a clear monthly report
• Follow our medical compliance rules and sign-off steps before content goes live
• Take over SEO work our agencies handle today and make sure nothing falls through the cracks in the handoff

Tech support

• Be the first stop when someone on our corporate team or at a clinic has a tech problem: logins, password resets, email, laptops and software
• Set up Google Workspace and app accounts for new hires before day one, and shut off access the day someone leaves
• Keep track of who has access to what, so permissions stay clean as people join, leave or change roles
• Troubleshoot clinic Wi-Fi, printers, phones and computers remotely, and bring in a local vendor when something needs hands on site
• Plan the tech for new clinic openings (internet, devices, printers and accounts) and coordinate the vendors who install it
• Keep a simple inventory of our devices and software, plus how-to notes so common fixes are quick

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on WordPress and SEO work, with live sites you built or grew that you can show us
• Comfort in WordPress beyond page builders: themes, plugins, custom fields, bulk imports, the REST API, and enough HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript to fix what breaks
• Experience running WordPress sites day to day: hosting, migrations, backups and security
• The ability to turn a design mockup into a page that looks right on desktop and mobile
• Strong on-page and technical SEO, plus tools like Search Console, Google Anal…
