Job Description

AuraX Studio is looking for proactive, responsible individuals with strong written communication skills to join our team as **Bilingual Chatters**.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing written conversations in English with subscribers of assigned accounts, maintaining user engagement, and promoting digital content sales by following the company’s communication and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple written conversations simultaneously.

• Maintain engaging conversations and build relationships with subscribers.

• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving commercial goals.

• Apply digital communication, customer retention, and sales strategies.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with the company’s professional standards.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1+).

• Excellent English writing and reading comprehension skills.

• Own computer or laptop running Windows 10 or later, with at least 8 GB of RAM.

• Stable internet connection and a backup plan for potential power outages or internet disruptions.

• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn.

• Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week.

• No previous experience required. Training will be provided.

Work Schedule

Candidates must be available to work one of the following shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Compensation

• Variable earnings based on performance and sales results.

• Sales commissions starting at 3%, subject to the applicable compensation terms.

• Paid training, according to the conditions established by the company.
