About the Opportunity:

The RV OPERATIONS CUSTOMER SERVICE role is designed to serve as a primary contact for customers seeking information about coverage and program enrollment. This position is integral to ensuring customers receive clear guidance and are connected efficiently to the appropriate departments, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and operational flow.

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on program benefits and assist with coverage requests and enrollment
• Direct customers to the appropriate department for specialized support
• Handle initial technical assistance inquiries
• Support customer enrollment and renewal processes

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard industry web applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of recreational vehicles and roadside assistance services

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay range is $18.00 to $20.00
