Entry Level Field Insurance Agent (Pre-Qualified Leads Provided)

We are a growing insurance agency expanding to a few specific areas and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Insurance Agents

This is a face-to-face sales role where you’ll be working in neighborhoods where we already have an established client base. You won’t be going in cold—our presence in these communities helps open doors and build trust faster. You will also have the ability to cross sell new products existing clients that are in the designated territories

What You’ll Do:

• Visit residential areas and speak with homeowners about insurance options
• Work in territories with existing customers and brand recognition
• Educate clients and recommend coverage that fits their needs
• Track leads and follow up with prospects
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Compensation:
