Entry Level Financial Professional

Want to learn how money works and use it to help families in your community? We’re growing our team in Temecula and training new people from the ground up. You can start part-time while you keep your current job.

Your Day-to-Day

• Sit down with families, in person or on Zoom, and walk them through their financial picture
• Show clients their options for life insurance, saving for retirement, and paying down debt
• Help host financial education workshops
• Reach out to your network and follow up on referrals
• Check in with clients regularly to keep their plans on track

How We Set You Up

• Training from day one, plus a mentor who works with you directly
• Help with each step of getting your California life insurance license
• Weekly team trainings and accountability calls
• Remote work on your own schedule
• Room to grow into leadership as you hit results

You’ll Do Well Here If You

• Like talking with people and building trust
• Take coaching and act on it
• Can manage your own schedule
• Have worked in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail (a plus, not required)
• Are 18 or older and can pass the background check required for licensing

About Pay
You’re an independent contractor, so your income depends on the clients you help.
