SAP MDG Developer

Recruit 121 is looking for an experienced SAP MDG Developer to join a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on SAP technical specialist with strong ABAP and MDG development expertise, excellent replication process knowledge, and proven UI/UX and SAP Fiori development experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.
• Deliver SAP ABAP development across a global SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Implement and support replication processes, including IDocs and SAP-to-SAP integration.
• Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications, with a strong focus on UI/UX.
• Implement data governance workflows, BRF+, MDG process modelling and mass processing.
• Support data consolidation and the Data Replication Framework (DRF).
• Produce technical specifications and carry out relevant SAP configuration.
• Collaborate with international teams across enterprise-level SAP programmes.

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP development experience , particularly ABAP.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP MDG development experience , ideally across SAP SD, MM and FI.
• Experience delivering at least two global SAP S/4HANA projects within large enterprise organisations.
• Excellent replication process experience, including IDocs and SAP-to-SAP integration .
• Strong UI/UX and SAP Fiori development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in data governance workflows, BRF+, MDG process modelling, mass processing, data consolidation and DRF.
• Ability to write detailed technical specifications and perform configuration activities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work within the CET time zone.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Core 2023 and MDG_APPL 808.
• Strong additional experience in mass processing and data consolidation.
