Remote Customer Service Representative

My Gravel Buddy is an online marketplace delivering bulk gravel, sand, topsoil, and related materials from local suppliers to homeowners and contractors nationwide.

The role
You’ll answer incoming customer calls, quote prices, and take delivery orders. No cold calling. All leads are inbound.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and texts promptly and professionally
Help customers choose the right material and quantity (we’ll train you)
Provide quotes and close orders over the phone
Enter orders and customer details into our CRM
Follow up on open quotes and missed calls

Requirements

Fluent, clear English with a friendly phone manner
1+ year of phone sales, customer service, or order-taking experience
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset
Comfortable learning a CRM and a VoIP phone app
Flexible Availability during select early and late US business hours (PST- EST time)

Pay
Pay: weekly retainer + commission

$350/week retainer to start, rising to $500/week
Commission per closed order, uncapped
Call volume varies. Some hours are busy and some are quiet.

Availability: [e.g., Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Pacific]. You must answer calls live during these hours.

Pay: $350.00 - $500.00 per week
