Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that align with business objectives - Develop and optimize cloud-based applications using AI Ops to improve operational efficiency and decision-making - Integrate ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management to streamline project tracking and resource allocation - Implement ServiceNow Risk Management to identify assess and mitigate potential risks in cloud environments - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers ensuring adherence to best practices and standards - Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality software development and improve team performance - Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services and applications - Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions and processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all cloud solutions - Document technical designs processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes - Contribute to the companys innovation goals by developing scalable and sustainable cloud solutions. Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of AI Ops and its application in cloud environments - Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and Risk Management - Have a proven track record of developing and optimizing cloud-based applications - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues - Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts - Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. 9.
