Agentic AI Engineer / Developer

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to take existing AI prototypes into production and develop new enterprise AI capabilities using the Claude API and Claude Enterprise within Microsoft 365 and AWS environments. This is a hands-on development role focused on building, deploying, documenting, and maintaining production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, extend, and deploy agentic AI solutions from prototype to production using the Claude API.
• Implement tool use, structured outputs, evaluation loops, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365, AWS, and related enterprise services.
• Follow established architecture, development standards, and project scope.
• Maintain reliable, well-documented code and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Participate in code reviews, phased delivery, and milestone-based gate reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production applications with the Claude API, including tool use, structured outputs, and evaluation loops.
• Experience developing MCP servers.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket and AWS services, including AWS Secrets Manager.
• Ability to work within established technical direction, manage scope, and deliver working solutions against defined milestones.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Entra app registrations.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with SharePoint lists and site provisioning.
• Familiarity with Azure Key Vault and Azure infrastructure for application orchestration.
