Role Description As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant at Hypersoft Technologies Limited, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that support complex business and data needs. In this full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map customer data journeys, and configure Data Cloud features such as data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, and calculated insights. You will be responsible for data integration and orchestration between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data quality, governance, and performance. Daily activities include creating solution designs, working with development and infrastructure teams, preparing technical documentation, and supporting testing, deployment, and user enablement. You will also provide ongoing consulting, best-practice guidance, and post-implementation support to help clients realize maximum value from their Salesforce investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts related to Salesforce environments, data security, integration patterns, and performance optimization in cloud and hybrid setups.
• Experience with software development practices, including working with APIs, data transformation, scripting or low-code tools, and collaborating with engineering teams on implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in integration, including connecting Salesforce with external systems, working with ETL/ELT tools, middleware or iPaaS platforms, and managing data pipelines and batch/real-time data flows.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, especially in designing scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures, data models, and end-to-end data journeys that align with enterprise standards.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Marketing) and Salesforce Data Cloud; relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, Application Architect) are an advantage.
