Years of Experience•15+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments• 3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio• 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery modelsPreferred Education• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferredPreferred Certifications• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)• ITIL® 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience)
