Requirements

Professional experience in a customer-facing or support role.

Experience with Google Suite

Ability to multi-task

Strong technical aptitude with common office software and ticketing systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.

A patient approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work from our Freeland, Michigan office full-time.

Responsibilities

Serve as the friendly, go-to person for our users as they navigate our software platform.

Process payments, create receipts, and assist with accounting.

Listen intently to feedback and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure our customers have a smooth experience.

Help our community get the most value out of our tools through clear, helpful guidance.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to help us improve our services over time.

Collaborate with the broader team to turn customer insights into actionable product improvements.
