What you will do

As a Customer Service Representative handling 40 hours per week, you will be the primary point of contact for pet owners contacting our clinic. Your day-to-day work involves scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries by phone and email, and guiding patients and owners through their clinic experience using our established Fear Free approach. You will also help educate clients on veterinary care options and maintain clear records within our system.

Compensation

USD 2,800–3,800 per month

Your first months at Birch Street Animal Clinic

During your first months, you will have taken on the daily scheduling and client communication workflows, learned our practice management software, and mastered our Fear Free intake procedures. You will have shipped hundreds of positive client interactions and built a solid routine supporting our veterinary team.
