About the Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager who understands Instagram trends, viral reels, memes, graphic design, and content marketing.

We don’t need someone who simply uploads posts. We need someone who can independently come up with creative ideas, turn them into engaging content, and manage social media accounts for multiple clients.

You should have a good creative eye, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and know how to use AI tools to create quality content faster.

If you spend time exploring trending reels, understand why content goes viral, and enjoy creating content yourself, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for multiple clients.
• Research trends, viral reels, memes, and competitor content.
• Develop original content ideas, reel concepts, hooks, and scripts.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Design engaging posts, carousels, and stories using Canva.
• Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos using CapCut.
• Use AI tools to generate images, creative concepts, captions, and scripts.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action.
• Set up basic Meta awareness campaigns when required.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement, views, shares, and saves.
• Maintain brand consistency and deliver content on time.

Skills We’re Looking For

1. Creative & Content Skills

• Strong visual sense and graphic design skills.
• Understanding of Instagram trends, memes, and viral content formats.
• Knowledge of hooks, storytelling, audience retention, and engagement.
• Ability to independently develop fresh content ideas.

2. Tools & Technology

• Canva for graphic design.
• CapCut for reel editing.
• ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for AI-assisted content creation.
• AI image generation tools.
• Meta Business Suite for content scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and awareness campaigns.

3. Work Ethic

• Able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Proactive, organised, and creative.
• Comfortable researching and executing ideas independently.
• Open to feedback and willing to experiment with new content formats.
• Able to meet deadlines without constant supervision.

What We DON’T Require

You don’t need advanced skills in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other expensive professional editing software.

We value creative thinking, content sense, AI tool proficiency, speed, and execution over complicated software skills.
