  • Strong front-end development experience using HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability, responsive design, and design implementation.
  • Experience working with enterprise design systems, beyond familiarity with individual UI frameworks or component libraries.
  • Formal WCAG accessibility training and hands-on experience implementing and testing WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Experience using accessibility testing tools, including assistive technologies such as JAWS and automated tools such as axe.
  • Recent experience with modern development frameworks and practices within the last three years.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and middleware integrations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise production applications and handling sensitive or classified data.
