Job Description
We are launching a new domiciliary care service specialising in providing high-quality, culturally sensitive care for elderly Muslims in their own homes.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to help establish the business, support the CQC registration process and oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CQC registration and setup process
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Recruit, train and manage care staff
- Oversee care plans, safeguarding and quality assurance
- Manage day-to-day care operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care management
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of culturally sensitive, person-centred care
