About the Position

M&M Roofing is looking for a dependable, motivated sales representative to work out of our Jasper office and serve customers in Jasper and the surrounding communities. We provide residential and commercial roofing services and are looking for someone who can build relationships, develop new business, and follow through with customers throughout the sales process.

Previous roofing and/or sales experience is required. Direct roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to understand their roofing needs.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Develop new business through referrals, local relationships, networking, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate roof inspections and work with our team to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Explain roofing options, project details, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Present proposals, answer questions, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, appointment details, and sales activity in our CRM.
• Communicate with our office and production team to ensure a smooth transition from a sold project to installation.
• Represent M&M Roofing professionally throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roofing and/or sales.
• Roofing sales, construction sales, building-materials sales, or home-improvement sales experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to build relationships, ask questions, and explain solutions clearly.
• Dependability, organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Initiative and the ability to manage appointments and daily responsibilities independently.
• Comfort using a smartphone, email, and CRM software.
• Ability to travel to customer appointments throughout Jasper and the surrounding area.
