Title: Procurement Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary & Package: £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits
Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the rail and transport sector to recruit a Procurement Manager into their growing procurement function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where procurement plays a key role in supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the railway.
The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end procurement activity across goods, works and services, delivering strong commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance with a highly regulated environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity across a range of categories and projects, managng spend values in the millions.
- Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies across FM, Construction, Infrastructure, Maintenance, Services, Works, and more.
- Lead complex and high-value procurements and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
- Identify and manage supplier and supply chain risks and lead supplier due diligence and market engagement.
- Work closely with Contract Management teams to ensure effective supplier performance.
- Utilise spend analysis, procurement data and reporting to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Experience & Requirements
- CIPS qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience delivering the full procurement lifecycle.
- Experience working within a regulated, technical or operational environment.
