What you’ll do:

As an Assistant Vice President Project Manager Data Portfolio at MUFG, you will play a central role in orchestrating the successful delivery of complex projects across both IT and business domains. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve meticulous planning of individual projects—ranging from system migrations to organisational change management—ensuring every initiative is scoped thoroughly before execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive consensus on project objectives while maintaining strict adherence to governance frameworks. By structuring project plans with well-defined milestones and providing transparent progress updates, you will keep all parties informed and engaged. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in resolving conflicts swiftly and advising on risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will mentor junior PMs within your team, fostering a culture of shared responsibility for quality data updates.
