Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager with a wealth of knowledge and great interpersonal skills to lead all staff in maintaining and implementing continuous improvements whilst up holding the Highest standards of care at all times. You should have all the relevant management experience as a Registered Home Care Manager, ideally 3 years + management experience within a similar setting. As a Registered Home Care Manager you will have sole responsibility of a team of carers, you will ensure the safety and well-being of the clients during visits with a particular focus on improving staff and care standards . A Registered Home Care Manager who is confident with exceptional Management and Leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: CQC Regulations Local Authority relationship management Overall Running of the service Support your team / training / recruitment Appraisals Build & maintain rapport with Staff / residents & their families Audits Care Plans Reports Budgets Qualifications & Skills: QCF level 5 or RMA/ or relevant qualification Minimum experience of 3 years in management role as a Registered Care Home Manager Home Management - Excellent Communication Skills (both written & verbal) Excellent Organisational Skills Strong Knowledge & experience with understanding of CQC regulations.
