Estate Agency Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Forest Hill, South East London

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 basic + OTE £60,000+

The Role

• Supporting the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department.
• Generating new business through valuations, market appraisals and property instructions.
• Managing buyer and vendor relationships throughout the sales process.
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers.
• Proactively following up leads and converting enquiries into business.
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local property professionals.
• Helping the branch achieve its sales targets and maximise revenue.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within residential estate agency sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• A proven ability to generate business and convert leads.
• A confident, motivated and target-driven attitude.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and support branch growth.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car.
