Established in 1972, Camden Bakery is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Senior Baker to take a leading role in its bakery kitchen.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled baker with at least 10 years’ professional experience across bread and pastry. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, can maintain consistently high standards and is ready to help lead a busy bakery team.

The role

• Lead and contribute to daily bakery production across bread and pastry.
• Help organise kitchen operations and production in a bakery open seven days a week.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, food hygiene and organisation.
• Support and guide the kitchen team during busy service and production periods.
• Bring strong practical knowledge of baking, good preparation and reliable time management.

What we’re looking for

• At least 10 years’ professional experience in bread and pastry production.
• Strong hands-on baking skills and a genuine passion for quality.
• Previous experience taking responsibility in a bakery or professional kitchen.
• The ability to work early starts, with shifts beginning from 4:00am.
• Flexibility to work within a seven-day operation.
• A reliable, organised and positive approach to leading a team.
