Business Development Manager

Bringing together an influential network of business leaders, the offering combines valuable commercial introductions, exclusive networking opportunities and premium lifestyle benefits.

As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand their membership base and build relationships with successful entrepreneurs and business owners.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a natural relationship builder who loves winning new business, networking and connecting with influential people.

Working directly with the Founder and CEO, you’ll take ownership of new membership acquisition, identifying and engaging entrepreneurs, founders and high-net-worth business owners.

You’ll be selling the value of an exclusive community, understanding what matters to prospective members and demonstrating how the right connections, introductions and opportunities can support their ambitions.

With significant autonomy and the opportunity to build your own network, this is a role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a genuine impact.

Role Highlights

• Drive new membership acquisition across an exclusive network of entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs and high-net-worth individuals.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking through to closing.
• Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals and strategic introductions.
• Work directly with the Founder and CEO in a growing, entrepreneurial business.
• Develop your own network while representing a premium, relationship-led offering.

About You

• Proven experience in new business development, with a strong track record of winning new clients.
• A natural networker who enjoys building relationships and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to communicate value and build trust.
• Commercially driven, confident and comfortable generating your own opportunities.
• Experience in professional services, executive search, financial services, private membership or luxury services would be advantageous.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, competitive nature and genuine passion for building relationships.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 base salary with an OTE of £100,000.
• Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the London office.
