PLEASE NOTE: You MUST already live in London to apply. This role involves regular office days and in-person visits to the properties we manage across London, so we are unable to consider candidates based outside London, including applicants from Turkey or elsewhere abroad. You must also have the right to work in the UK, as we cannot offer visa sponsorship.

Selonis Property Group is a London property agency specialising in resale, new-build and commercial sales. Many of our clients are UK and international investors, and we manage a growing portfolio of properties on their behalf. We’re a member of The Property Ombudsman.

The role

We’re looking for a Turkish-speaking Property Manager to look after the day-to-day running of our managed portfolio. Many of our landlords are Turkish-speaking, and you’ll be their main point of contact, along with tenants, once a property is let. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant.

What you’ll do

1. Setting up new tenancies, including referencing, tenancy agreements and move-ins
2. Carrying out regular property inspections, as well as check-ins and check-outs, across our managed properties in London
3. Keeping all compliance up to date, including EPCs, EICRs and gas safety certificates
4. Arranging and following up maintenance and repairs with contractors
5. Sending Section 13 rent increase notices on time
6. Chasing late rent and keeping landlords informed
7. Registering deposits and handling deposit returns
8. Setting up utilities and council tax when tenants move in or out
9. Handling tenant queries and keeping landlords updated

What we’re looking for

1. Must currently live in London. This is essential and non-negotiable
2. Fluent Turkish and English
3. The right to work in the UK. We’re unable to offer visa sponsorship
4. Some experience in lettings or residential property management, ideally 1 to 2 years
5. A good knowledge of lettings compliance, including the Renters’ Rights Act
6. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
7. Confident communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors
8. Experience with property software such as Reapit, Alto or Goodlord is a bonus
