Offering a complete turnkey service spanning architecture, interior design and project management, the studio is known for its exceptional client service, creative excellence and technical expertise.
They’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of high-end projects from pre-construction through to completion.

- Managing consultant procurement, tender processes and contractor negotiations.
- Overseeing design coordination and ensuring project information aligns with client requirements.
- Monitoring project costs, timelines, variations and overall progress.
- Attending and chairing site meetings, resolving issues proactively and coordinating construction activities.
- Supporting contract administration, payment assessments and project handovers.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within the UK.
- Experience delivering high-end residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
- Exposure to both refurbishment and new-build projects, ideally with contract values between £1m and £15m.
- A background in architecture or a related construction-based discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UK construction processes, building regulations and procurement methods.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel and Microsoft Project; AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organisational and client-facing skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive projects forward.
Experience with bespoke finishes and the preparation of tender packages across architecture, interior architecture, joinery or FF&E would be advantageous.
