Careerscape (cs-recruiters.com) is a national staffing and recruiting firm. We recently launched Resume Services, offering paid resume reviews, rewrites, and career packages for job seekers. We’re building a small, remote team of freelance consultants to sell and deliver these services.

This opportunity combines sales, writing, and career support. You’ll help job seekers choose the right package, then work directly with them to strengthen how they present their experience.

This is a commission-only role with no base pay. You set your own hours, making it a flexible opportunity that can fit around a full-time job.

About our audience

• More than 1 million job applications received in 2026

• An average of 70,000–80,000 website visitors each week

How it works

• We provide warm leads from our LinkedIn audience of job seekers, distributed evenly across the team.

• You manage the client relationship from initial outreach through final delivery.

• We handle checkout and payment processing.

• You earn 50% of every package you sell.

Compensation

• Expert Resume Review ($49): You earn $24.50

• Professional Resume Rewrite ($149): You earn $74.50

• Career Package ($249): You earn $124.50

What you’ll do

• Reach out to job seekers through LinkedIn, introduce our services, and follow up with interested prospects.

• Help clients choose the package that best fits their needs.

• Review resumes and provide clear, specific feedback clients can act on.

• Write and revise resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles based on the package purchased.

• Meet delivery deadlines and keep clients informed throughout the process.

• Track your leads, sales, and deliveries to support accurate commission payments.

AI tools are welcome for first drafts, but every resume must receive your personal review and editing before it goes to the client.

You’ll connect with job seekers across industries—both candidates using our resume services and professionals reaching out about other Careerscape openings—giving you opportunities to grow your network with every conversation.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in resume writing, recruiting, HR, or career coaching is a plus

• Strong writing and editing skills, with close attention to detail

• Confidence starting conversations, following up, and closing sales through LinkedIn messages

• Working knowledge of ATS-friendly resume formatting

• The organization and initiative to manage your own pipeline, clients, and deadlines

• An active LinkedIn profile, a computer, and reliable internet access

• The ability to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
