The User Experience Writer creates high-quality, high-performing content to enable innovative, cohesive, and compliant digital experiences that serve the needs of our members, member service representatives and business partners. Develop webpages for usaa.com by using clear, concise and engaging high-quality content that aligns to USAA brand and style. Read and analyze business requirements provided to create the necessary content Collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with the expectation of delivering assignments within a span of 1 to 3 days based on complexity. Yes high potential for extension the manager doesnt have full budget approved for 2027 so wanted to be safe and start at 12/31/2026. They do plan to extend past 2026 once they have all of their budget for 2027 confirmed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree; OR 6 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree Preferred Skills: Financial Services industry writing experience Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Familiar with AI prompt writing Building web pages using pre-built components from a design system (or at least understanding how this works)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
