About the Opportunity:

The PRODUCT MANAGER is responsible for managing well-defined product features from initial discovery through launch and post-launch evaluation. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver quality participant and administrator experiences, contributing to the refinement and success of the organization’s offerings. It involves developing a strong understanding of the product domain and establishing solid execution skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own features or workflows through discovery, launch, and follow-up.
• Create clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to assess solutions, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Use feedback and data to prioritize and refine product work.
• Prepare launch readiness plans, including support and training.
• Monitor post-launch adoption, quality, and outcomes to drive improvements.
• Maintain and communicate roadmap and backlog status.
• Develop knowledge of benefits administration, delivery models, and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in product management or related roles such as business analysis, operations, UX, engineering, or client services.
• Experience in accounting, banking, fintech, or payment systems is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and deliver on commitments.
• Use of customer feedback and operational data to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Responsible use of AI-enabled tools in line with data governance policies.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and close collaboration with development teams.
• Comfortable engaging directly with engineers on technical details and implementation.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range for this position is 82K to 130K per year, determined by education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
• Eligible to participate in the quarterly bonus incentive plan.
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
