Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and support outreach efforts for high-end rental homes and apartment buildings.

Work Setup: Remote
Hours: 20 hours per week to start
Schedule: Must have availability to overlap with San Diego business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage direct mail campaigns, including letters and postcards.
• Design professional, print-ready marketing materials.
• Develop and send email campaigns and newsletters.
• Manage and maintain consistent social media content.
• Support Google Ads setup and coordination.
• Research potential clients and assist with agent and broker outreach.
• Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups and appointment setting.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking, CRM records, and lead pipelines.
• Use AI tools to support marketing and creative production.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-response marketing and lead generation.
• Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio of marketing materials.
• Experience with email marketing, newsletters, and social media management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and setting appointments.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or property management marketing.
• Knowledge of paid search, copywriting, and marketing automation.
